What is the difference between new and pre-loved sneakers?

New sneakers are unworn and come in their original condition. Pre-loved sneakers are gently used, thoroughly cleaned, and quality-checked before being added to our store. Pre-loved items are clearly labeled.

How do I know which size to choose?

We recommend choosing your usual sneaker size. For pre-loved items, we also mention any size-specific notes in the product description. If you need help, feel free to reach out before placing an order.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges may be available for new items in unworn condition. Pre-loved items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or not as described. Please review our full Returns Policy for details.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days within the U.S., while express shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
