Shipping Locations

We currently ship across the United Kingdom. If you're located outside the U.K. and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days.
Express shipping is available and usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Free shipping may apply during promotions or on qualifying order amounts.

Pre-Loved Sneakers

Pre-loved sneakers are clearly marked and carefully inspected before shipping. These items may take an additional 1 to 2 days to process. Pre-loved items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return unless damaged during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery. You can also check your order status at any time through our “Track My Order” page.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes both new and pre-loved sneakers, they may be shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.

Delays or Delivery Issues

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please wait 48 hours past the expected delivery date before contacting us. Provide your order number, and our team will assist you promptly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For U.S. orders, there are additional customs or import fees. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes in their region.
